This is something hard for me to do, because I’ve never been good at screenshots, especially the first days I begin to play this game, in fact, I am a one-year-old player now, even if I’ve found few screenshots from when I used to be a baby pugilist when I still had the month trial available. What to say, WHAT AN ODYSSEY!
(with a poopy English I will try to explain a pair of things xD)
At first impression I wasn’t too fancy at the game, in fact, Zahkis Theboxlord was a joke of a name I’ve invented based on an existent character I’ve created for the Starcraft community on Tumblr, which been roleplaying as him for a period of time, I still conserve the blog, and grew so affectionate with him that I wanted to recreate him on FFXIV. I mostly give thanks to my close friend who’s not playing the game anymore but gave me the boost on experiencing the lore, commenting me about the roleplay servers, always dreamed to roleplay in an MMO video game! so stuck in the desertic server of Odin for the period of time where I’ve been leveling my muse until I’ve reached the level to transfer to now is my current server home Balmung. Starting roleplaying was and still is hard for me due to shyness, but met good friends on the way who gave me the boost to start roleplaying, publicly in-game or private I didn’t mind. In the end, Zahkis kept his name as alias, not revealing his real name for now (I grew affectionate to Theboxlord, but yes, he IS the box lord addicted to boxes) and grew up very fast and developed a lot for just one year, I am so happy with how far he went that I am weepy by just thinking about it, from his misery status, he passed to find a home, a family, reconcile with lost children, encountering a lost love and something beautiful is about to happen, more is awaiting him to discover, he is happy, even if his demons haunt him, but that’s his ic posture. I am really happy I joined this community, something I have to say is that I’ve never met so nice and kind people, I thank you so much, never change♥
Oh my, I would add this as extra, I forgot the first doodle I’ve made of Zahkis, I don’t understand why I gave him Seeker eyes, I also forgot to mention he was ugly…UGLYY!
Now and then, Yoshi-P logs on to the game. When he does, people ask him questions. Lately he’s been visiting three servers, enough to get an interview of sorts with him. Info from Reddit thread here.

Q. Can you allow us to only change the color of our eyes via colored contacts?
A. It might be about time we allow players to customize their eye colors.
Q. I want an Ishgardian housing area.
A. Our current priority is changes to the housing system and adding
plots, so opening a new housing are is difficult right now.
Q. When will your open the closed (locked) servers like Gungnir?
A. We are looking at precise numbers to equal out the population on each server, so please wait a little longer.
Q. Please..please! Please add a ton of housing plots.
A. We will be adding quite a lot of housing plots, so please wait.
Q. I want to wear “Kimono”. Any plans on adding kimono that those NPCs in Kugane are wearing?
A. We will gradually add japanese themed equipment.
Q. I want simple lace-up boots (Like the one from Edda’s outfit) for men. Please..i’ll do anything.
A. I’ll tell them about the boots.
Q. Let us have dark matters and dyes in our currency tab!
A. There’s a possibility we’ll be adding more colors, so it’s difficult….but maybe we can move dark matters.
Q. I want miqo’te and Au ra men to have more muscles. Can you add it to the character creator?
A. We’d have to change the model itself if we add more muscles, so it’s a little difficult.
Q. I want over melds to be more risky.
A. I know right? The equipment also blew up when you failed melds in 1.0.
Q. Can you split the head and glasses to be 2 different categories?
A. We would have to change a lot and restart from the model, so it’s difficult………….
Q. Is the bike mount idea your talked about gone now?
A. No, it’s still in the garage. We would like to do something with it when the time comes.
Q. This is a question regarding housing, but can you allow us
to remove chocobos from the sable when the owners haven’t logged in for
a while?
A. Now that you tell me. I’ll tell the team.
Q. Any new hairstyles for patch 4.2?
A. yes.
Q. Can you make stands for us so we can leave messages?
A. It’s in one of the tasks.
Q. Can we have a minion of our own character? A. That’s a tough request, but it will be nice if we can provide a service where you can use a 3D printer
to turn your character into a figurine.
